Individual large wings which are well drained before wrapping in clingfilm. we dont add any salt to these as its slows down the fast freezing process to ensure of thier freshness. we have been well known for our quality cart and we select our crabs from boats working well offshore to get better quility wings. if were not happy with quility these wings either are thrown into cart or if the crab is off (dark brown meat with black lungs) we disard these. we do this to keep our high reputation.
 
These are big enough to make 2 to 3 size baits on size 2/0 to 4/0 wide mouth hooks or one big bait on a 6/0 wide mouth hook.
